Compare to 052510 - I benched 5kg more, got +6 on the bench press and +10 on the pullups (using the same blue band).  Pretty happy with that progress.

815a - jerky from a Paleo pack, apricot, raw cabbage & radishes, 2x fish oil, vit D, coffee w/coconut milk
930a - EmergenC
1230p - uncured ham steak, 1 tomatillo, cherries, cashews, 2x fish oil
730p - pork loin (cooked stove top in carrot soup), salad (mushrooms, tomato, radishes, parsley, olive oil, Salt & pepper), mac nuts, vitamins, 2x fish oil
930p - banana
