1230p - take out salad - bacon, chicken, tomato, radish, lettuce; nectarine, cashews, small sugar cookie (came with my salad and was tasty), iced tea, 2x fish oil
evening: grilled pork banh mi, 1 fortune cookie, 2 glasses red wine, 2 12oz beers
