Diet
8:15a - 2 hardboiled eggs, peach, coffee w/coconut milk, 5 almonds. 2x fish oil, vit D
12:30p - baked chicken thigh & drumstick, pea salad, Rainier cherries, 5 mac nuts, iced tea, 2x fish oil
8p - 2.5 chicken thighs with the masala sauce (Sunday leftovers), green beans w/hot sauce, 2x fish oil, vitamins
10p - frozen (blue, black, straw) berries
