SDHP (Rx 28kg) 20kg first 4 sets (20-19-18-17), 16kg to completion
knees to elbows - used rings, knees as high as I could get, used floor to jump legs up towards end

That was hard. I probably could have kept using the 20kg, but would have been a lot slower. It was super hard and I didn't see a need to risk it/push it since it was not Rx.
Diet
830a - 2 hardboiled eggs, 3/4 peach, few bites of raw broccoli, 2x fish oil, vit D, coffee w/coconut milk
11a - cashews
1245p - baked chicken breast, raw broccoli, nectarine, cashews, iced tea, 2x fish oil
745p - steak, sweet potato, peach, vitamins
10p - small bowl of frozen berries, 1 sugar free (aka aspartame) popsicle
