Finally broke below the weight group (how to describe it?) I have been stuck in.  I have been in the 1_0s for months, finally was 1(next.set.of.tens)9.6 this  morning! Yes! One more pound and I will have lost 20 pounds since May 1st.  Crazy!

Feeling really good lately.  Doing some WODs Rx and breaking through this wall on my weight!  Hopefully upcoming long vacation doesn't mess it up too much.

Diet
815a - 2 hard boiled eggs, nectarine, cashews, coffee w/coconut milk, 2x fish oil, vit D
100p - takeout chicken Slovakia salad - lettuce, tomato, vinegar dressing, lots of chicken, little feta cheese, few greek olives, some tzatziki sauce, 2x fish oil. This was a delicious lunch!
600p - at haircut, diet Hansons cola - had splenda, drank about 3/4 of it cause it was super sweet
830p-ish - (74 St Ale House) hamburger, no bun, mustard, green salad w/balsamic and croutons, 2 glasses red wine
1000p - half a hard cider

Congrats on your progress!! I've been so impressed with your food choices and your improvement at the gym! You broke 200 on FGB! That is so impressive - I haven't done that yet.
