1230p - uncured ham steak, 1 apricot, 1 nectarine, raw broccoli, cashews, 2x fish oil, EmergenC
3p - dried apricots
530p - (Rancho Bravo) rice & bean bowl w/ no rice no beans no cheese = pork, tomatoes, hot sauce, quac, 2x fish oil, vitamins
930p - 1/2 of husbands leftover bowl (same as 530p)
