8/9/10 Monday

Workout
none; felt exhausted and kind of ill from too much drinking not enough sleeping with company over the weekend, so I didn't go to CrossFit.  Was gonna do something at home, but then I didn't. :-(

Diet
815a - 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 apricots, cashews, coffee w/coconut milk, 2x fish oil, vit D
1230p - Thundering Hooves pork sausage, cherries, cashews, raw broccoli, iced tea
300p - fruit leather
630p - steak, green beans, 1 tomatillo, vitamins
9p - frozen berries, EmergenC
