8/1/10 Sunday

Workout
Does ironing count?  2 hours worth!

Diet
2 eggs scrambled with parsley, slice of uncured ham, apricot
chicken sausage, cabbage and radishes with little bit of mayo and Sriracha
pea salad
chicken thighs w/altered food network "masala" recipe - mint, cilantro, red onion, little bit olive oil, water
more pea salad
banana with sprinkled cinnamon
2 glasses white wine and 1 Robb Wolf Margarita (with only 1 shot of tequila)

Felt lazy and PMSy all weekend.  Way too interested in drinking.  August is my challenge win month of unlimited CrossFit - gonna get in 4x a week (is the plan).

Lots of "margaritas" lately. You are so honest. :) Sometimes I lie to myself about my alcohol consumption on my blog.... Need to stop that. :)

Agreed - hence my comment about being too interested in drinking. I was winning the fight with myself yesterday until my husband came home from the grocery store with wine. I blame it all on him! :p
