8/2/10 Monday

deadlift (70k Rx) 50k
ring push ups (used parallettes for more stability)

Sarah told me that I am overextending at the top of my deadlift, arching my lower back.  No one has told me that before and I feel pretty confident in my DL form...so I will try to watch for that in future.

Diet
8:20a - 2 hardboiled eggs, blueberries, coffee w/coconut milk, 5 mac nuts, 2x fish oil, vit D
12p - more chicken thighs cooked w/mint/cilantro, few bites of pea salad, handful of cherries, last of the blueberries
7p - just fruit bar, chicken sausage, banana
9p - 4oz 2% Fage greek yogurt
