Notes
Great line I want to remember from my old trainer, Jordan at Xplore CrossFit. It feels like a great way to describe what I am doing to be the best I can be: "Nothing more than constantly varied, functional movement at high intensity fueled by meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. Breezy."
Diet
825a - 2 hard boiled eggs, few cherries, raw broccoli, cashews, coffee w/coconut milk, 2x fish oil, vit D
1245p - Thundering Hooves pork sausage (1), raw broccoli, 2 apricots, cashews, 2x fish oil
around 8p - Just Fruit bar
around 10p - (@Elysian) pork sandwich - at the bread on half the sandwich, just the meat on the other half, sweet potato fries (ate about 1/3 of what I was served), 2 beers
11p to 2a - (@bacherlorette party) shot of tequila, gin & tonic, Corona
