Workout
walk around Greenlake with a friend - about 3 miles

Diet
815a - 2 hard boiled eggs, pink grapefruit, 6 mac nuts, 2x fish oil, vit D, coffee w/coconut milk
1230p - chicken breast, salad (lettuce, bit of cucumber, tomato, cilantro, salsa), cherries, 5 almonds, 2x fish oil
530p - grilled pork chop, green beans, vitamins, 2x fish oil
930p - watermelon, few bites of beef jerky, about 8 dried apricots
