8:15a - 7oz Fage Greek Yogurt Total (full fat), about 8 cherries, 2x fish oil
12:15p - chicken breast, apple, almonds, 2x fish oil
4:00p - Paleo pac (it was hot and greasy and kinda gross)
7:00p - (@Anchovies & Olives) 1 gin martini, Crudo-hamahci, escoloar, cooked-mackrel, 1/2 scallop, 3 bites of pasta, 2 mussels, 1 crostini w/cheese
9p - (@Olive 8 lobby/Urbane) 1 glass prosecco, 1 glass beer, 2 onion rings w/ranch sauce, 1 beef slider w/bun
In-laws are back!
I should go back to counting my nuts. I used to do that and it was a good portion control thing.
