8:30a - 2 hardboiled eggs, watermelon, 1/3 peach, black coffee, 1 mimosa
2p - bison burger (no bun) w/jalapenos, grilled onions, chipolte mayo; fried pickles w/ranch, onion rings, 1 beer
7p - (airport food that I could bring on the plane) turkey wrap-turkey coldcuts, bacon, tortilla; chips, tiny bag of pretzels, airplane cup of Sprite on plane
10p (PST) - blueberries, strawberries, mint leaves
My trip was a TOTAL DIET FAIL. I really don't feel so great and was craving some fresh food something terrible by the end. Looking forward to some time strictly Paleo to recover and feel normal/good again. However, I did get in 3 workouts, one at a CF box. That was the best I have ever done on vacation, so I am feeling really good about that. I did have a lot of fun though. :-)
