150 wall balls for time 8lb (14 Rx)

Karen time was 2 minutes and 39 seconds less than 6/21/10.  We did Annie before Karen on 6/21, so I was a lot fresher this time.  I feel like I am on the border of using the 14# ball.  I can easily throw the 8# more than 9 ft, sometimes more than the men's line.  That said, it may take me 20 minutes.  Tony suggested I use 14# in WODs with less number of throws and work up the 150.  Sounds like a plan.

Diet
8:15a - 2 eggs scrambled, raw cabbage, 5 mac nuts, coffee w/coconut milk, 2x fish oil, vit D
12:15p - hamburger patty, 3 small apricots, little bit raw broccoli, 10 almonds, iced tea, 2x fish oil
7:15p - hamburger patty, zucchini sautéed with onion, basil, olive oil
9p - Just Fruit bar
