That really sucked. It was 94 degrees and super sunny at 5:30pm. I really wasn't sure I was going to make it. Yick.
Diet
8:15a - 2 hardboiled eggs, raw broccoli, 2x fish oil, vit D
12:45p - chicken breast, almonds, strawberries, iced tea, 2x fish oil
7:15p - pork burger patty, asparagus, 1 pickle, vitamins
9:30p - frozen blue, rasp, black berries

This workout sucks! Did your glutes feel sore for days after?? The first time I did this workout I don't think I could sit down for 2 days. :)
Yes it was awful. I am still kind of sore today (Monday) which is like 5 days later. Its better than last time we did a lunge workout. But lunges are one of the few things that dependably make me sore still.
