walked around Greenlake approx 3 miles - normal pace
Diet
8:15a - 2 hardboiled eggs, 1/2 cucumber, coffee w/2% milk, 2x fish oil, vit D
12:15p - uncured ham steak, mustard, 1/2 of a huge yam, 1 small apricot, 10 almonds, iced tea, 2x fish oil
5:30p - just fruit bar
7:30p - side salad w/vinaigrette, 1 glass red wine
9:15p - baked chicken wing and thigh, 2x fish oil
