Workout
walking thorugh the ATL airport!
Headed to Atlanta to visit my sister for 5 days. Can't wait to spend some time just the two of us. We haven't done that in a long time. My mom will arrive on Sunday night and then we will have a few days just the 3 of us. Should be good times...Not sure the exercise and eating will be. I intend to get at least 3 workouts done, including a repeat of the burpee broad jump WOD from Saturday (with regular burpees).
Diet
8:15a - 2 hardboiled eggs, raw cabbage, black coffee
11a - 5 Brazil nuts
1p - (@Airport) shrimp, raw celery, fries
4p- on plane - pretzels, Salt and vinegar Tims chips
8p- 5 hot wings, steamed crab legs, about 5 fries, little bit of blue cheese dressing, 3 beers
