Hadn't done this one before.  Probably could have done better if I hadn't had a martini at 5p (but a bunch of high level managers wanted to schmooze, so I had to go.)  Still, was okay with my time.

Diet
8:15a - 2 hard-boiled eggs, cherries, coffee w/coconut milk, 2x fish oil, vit D
12:15p - pork loin, roma tomato, cherries, 2x fish oil, iced tea
5p - gin martini (work outing w/managers)
7p - apple
9p - 1/2 (a gigantic) chicken breast, cabbage w/srircaha

Did you do the pushups rx'd??

Is it Rx if I use my knees kind of? I can't do 100 pushups without having my knees hit the ground, but I did get them off the floor in the top of the pushup.

Good question - sounds pretty rx'd to me! We nearly got the same time - mine was 19:37!
