2:00p - (@Lola) chicken kebab, tzatziki, 2 pieces pita bread, greek salad (feta, tomato, mint, olive oil, lettuce)
6:30p - (@Meza) 1.25 glasses of Sangria
7:30p - (@Piecoras) 2 slices pizza w/jalapeƱos & salami, 1.5 glasses of beer
8:30p - (@Old School Custard) 2 bites of vanilla frozen custard w/Andes mints
9:00p - 2x fish oil, vitamins
The last 4 days have been total Paleo fail with my in-laws in town. We have been to every delicious food joint around, but I have made a lot better choices this time than I did when my family visited in Feb. I even managed to get a few short runs in on Sunday and Monday AM.
