10:00a - (@Coastal Kitchen) egg scramble w/sausage, feta, mushrooms, tomatoes, 1/2 slice wheat toast w/butter, black coffee
2:00p - (@Elysian) burger (no bun) w/lettuce, onion, mustard, sweet potato fries (are those Paleo? probably only if you are stretching it), 1.5 beers
8:00p - (@Quinns) trout, greens, radish, rabbit pate on 1/2 crostini, date w/stilton cheese & bacon, 1 bite goat cheesecake, 2 beers
10:00p - 1 glass red wine

If you make them yourself by roasting them in the oven w/ olive oil then they are absolutely paleo. The ones at restaurants are probably deep fried with a vegetable oil and sometimes they are battered first. But I think they are a nice "paleo" treat every once in a while.
