FCF is open today! Yay!
Cut my finger while slicing zucchini before I went to the gym and it kept bleeding! Messed up my workout!
AMRAP in 10 minutes
6 squat cleans 30kg - 30kg barbell in 1st round but finger kept bleeding so 30lb DB w/nonbleeding hand
12 pullups - blue band
24 double unders - still cant do them so did 3x single unders (72)
Result = 3 rounds + 4 cleans
Diet
8:15a - 2 hard boiled eggs, small apricot, raw broccoli (just a few pieces), 2x fish oil, vit D, coffee w/coconut milk - Feeling really full this AM. Almost didn't finish my 2nd egg, but I don't want to be hungry at 10a.
12:15p - chicken breast, whole tomato, 5 mac nuts, 2x fish oil
8:00p - Paleo lasagna - zucchini, black olives, tomato, ground beef, sausage, 2x fish oil, vitamins
10:00p - banana
That lasagna was very tasty.
