This was much harder to do on my own/without my FCF cohorts. Also it was much more interesting in the park on soft grass.
Diet
I am now on Eastern time
10a- banana
12:30p - burger patty w/cheese and guacamole (no bun), tater tots, bloody mary, 1/2 beer
1:30p- iced americano black
6:30p to midnight- chef tasting menu at Woodfire Grill (Kevin from Top Chef's restaurant), lots of wine
the food at Woodfire was not Paleo, but it was small portions, no big piles of potatoes of anything, so not too bad. It tasted sooo good.
