8:15a - 2 eggs scrambled, raw cabbage, coffee w/coconut milk, 5 mac nuts, 2x fish oil, vit D
12:15p- baked chicken thigh, 3 pieces beef jerky, a whole container of strawberries, 7 black olives, iced tea
5p - 5 dried apricots
7p - Paleo lasagna (ground beef, ground sausage, zucchini, tomato, onions, black olives), 3 Brazil nuts, 2x fish oil, vitamins, 3 slices of banana cooked in coconut oil (yumm)
10p - frozen berries
