press - 30kg round 1, 25kg rounds 2-5 (30kg Rx), clean bar from floor
ring row - feet on floor (feet on box Rx)

Was disappointed that I couldn't do this one Rx.  I was close on the press and I think I just need to refine my form and I will be able to press 30kg more than 1x.  I was almost able to do the Rx ring rows too, but couldn't touch my armpits. I would def be sacrificing rep counts for the Rx though.  Maybe next time!

Diet
8:15a - 2 hardboiled eggs, raw broccoli & cauliflower, few mac nuts, 2x fish oil, vit D
11:45a - baked turkey slices (6oz from QFC deli), 8 green olives, 3 pickled hot peppers, strawberries, iced tea, 2x Fish oil
7:00p - frozen shrimp stir fry from Trader Joe's (shrimp, peas, water chestnut, pepper), a little bit of pulled chicken with salsa, vitamins, 2x fish oil
8:45p - cherries, 1/2 date roll (date, nuts), 1/2 apple

Was hungry and didn't have any good protein in the house.  Fixed for tomorrow!
