Workout
Tabata
20 secs work, 10 secs rest, 8x per exercise, 1 minute between exercises
score is lowest rep count of the 8 rounds
pullups (blue band) - 4
pushups (Rx) - 5
squats - 10
double single unders - 32
situps - 9
Total = 60

Not a true comparison with my last try at this workout because I rowed instead of jumped rope and did ring rows instead of band pulls.  (Ring rows are much easier for me.)

I felt kinda weak on the pullups - had a pretty hard time just getting those 4.  I may have needed chalk, as my hands were sweaty and I couldn't hold on.  I was disappointed because other times I think I feel like I can almost do Rx pullups.  Also I should buy a jump rope.  I should be able to do DU by now. Argh!

Diet
8:15a - 2 hardboiled eggs, raw cabbage, coffee w/coconut milk, 2x fish oil, vit D
12:30p - (@the Keg-work lunch) steak salad - lettuce, tomato, sautéed pepper & onions, steak, olive oil, balsamic, lots of iced tea
5p - 5 Brazil nuts
7p - Paleo lasagna. 2x fish oil
9:30p - a big bowl of frozen blue-,rasp-, black-berries
