Wednesday 5/11/11

HSPU (sub mountain butt pushups with 2 ab mats)

Compare to 100810 (45kg, same PU, 10:11). I went up 10kg on the deadlift and cut 1:21 off my time.  Yay!

Diet

08:25a: 2 hard boiled eggs, whole cucumber, black coffee, 2x fish oil
11:45a: ground beef w/onions, carrots, orange, 8 almonds, 2x fish oil
2:15pm: rest of the ground beef w/onions
5:15pm: 5 brazil nuts
WOD
7:15p: 2oz pomegranate juice (Lakewood brand, 100% pressed organic pomegranates)
8:15p: home oven-cooked pork ribs, asparagus, 2 glasses red wine

BONUS:
Sleep: 8 hours
Water: 96oz++
Omega-3: fish oil pills (4)
Soo hungry and thirsty today!  I drank 3 refills on my 32oz water bottle during the work day…plus more at home.
