Workout


Diet

FOOD
8:35a: black coffee, 1 scotch egg w/almond meal, 10 small strawberries, 2x fish oil
11:30a: carrots
12:30p: chicken breast, sliced radishes, few bites of coworker's watermelon, 2x fish oil
5:00 to 7:00p: (work schmoozing dinner at Black Bottle Bellevue) shared small plates: pork belly and kimichi, oven-baked broccoli, calamari (it wasn't fried!) w/sausage in a tomato sauce, and 1 glass red wine 
7:45p: tequila and soda

BONUS:
Sleep: 8.25 hours
Water: 100oz
Omega-3: fish oil pills (4)

I was surprised at the number of things I could eat at Black Bottle without alteration.  I was worried when I heard it was a small plates place, as that is often only flatbreads and such.  There were non-paleo items ordered and passed around, but I wasn't tempted.
