12:30p: chicken breast, 1/2 avocado, cabbage with pesto, 2x fish oil
5:30p: half avocado
8p: (@The Pink Door) halibut with veggies, 1 glass red wine
9p-11p: (@Tavern Law) 2 tequila and sodas with a lime slice
I had a "bachelorette" evening to attend, so I wasn't sure how I would do, but turned out pretty good. Although, two weeks ago 3 drinks over 3 hours would not have been too much...but I have the worst headache this morning.

Sleep: 7.5 hours

Omega-3: fish oil pills (4)
-1 for 1 too many drinks
