Diet
FOOD:
8:35a: black coffee, 1 scotch egg w/almond meal, 8 strawberries
12:30p: chicken breast, pear, cabbage w/pesto, 4x fish oil
3:00p: 4oz black coffee
6:30p: 1 piece bacon (leftover from yesterday, hungry while cooking dinner)
7:00p: 2 chicken drumsticks, cauliflower mashers (1 head cauliflower, 1/4c coconut milk, salt & pepper-mash in food processor), 4 green olives
8:00p: few bites of carrot and radish while prepping for later
9:00p: 1.5oz frozen 100% grapefruit juice

BONUS:
Sleep: 8 hours
Water: 100oz
Omega-3: fish oil pills (4)
