Compare to 121310. Time was 12:20 in Dec, but I did step ups instead of jumping. Shorter time, but not a direct comparison.
Diet
8:15a: paleo quiche (broccoli, eggs, coconut milk, bacon), 1/2 of avocado, small tomato, black coffee
12:00p: (making the best of a work meeting lunch) Mediterranean salad - lettuce, pepperoncinis, grape tomatoes, salami, chicken, artichokes, olives, no dressing (there were mozz cheese slices, but I ate around them)
1:50p: 4x fish oil, 5 almonds
WOD
7:45p: more salad (took home a bowl of leftovers from the meeting, there was lots - removed all the cheese from the serving bowl) lettuce, pepperoncinis, grape tomatoes, salami, chicken, artichokes, olives, homemade chimichurri sauce
BONUS:
Sleep: 7 hours
Water: ~120oz
Omega-3: fish oil pills (4)

I thought about doing a fast after the WOD, because I was really not hungry. But I also felt like I hadn't eaten enough today while I was at the gym, so I decided to eat more salad. Plus, there is so much of it.
