Diet
Saturday 5/28
FOOD:
10a: 1 scotch egg, watermelon, black coffee, 4x fish oil
1p: pork sausage (from Rain Shadow meats), carrots
4p-10p: (@ Black Bottle then various bars) 1 glass red wine, 2 tequila and sodas, broccoli, bacon wrapped scallops with kale; 1 beer, few bites of chicken

BONUS:
Sleep: 9 hours
Omega-3: fish oil
water: lots more than 60oz
-1 too many drinks, -1 grains (beer)

Sunday 5/29
FOOD:
9:30a: 1 scotch egg, half a tomato, black coffee, 4x fish oil
2p: (@Skillet Diner) fried chicken sandwich, fries, bloody mary
3:30p: 1 beer
7:30p: shared Indian thali @Travelers..naan, paneer in sauce, beet salad, asparagus salad, lentil soup, rice

BONUS:
Sleep: 9 hours
Omega-3: fish oil
water: about 70oz

-1 grains, -1 legumes, -1 dairy, -1 veg oil, -1 potato, -1 alcohol

Monday 5/30
FOOD:
9:30a: scrambled eggs, 3 pieces bacon, black coffee
1p: baked chicken thigh & drumstick, 2 pieces bacon, fruit salad of watermelon, blueberries, strawberries, 4x fish oil
7:30p: pork shoulder, kale salad (kale, orange juice, olive oil, lime, avocado, hazelnuts), red wine (too much)

water: about 70oz
