Friday 05/20/11

Diet
8:15a: baked chicken, pear, little bit of raw broccoli, black coffee
11:00a: raw broccoli
12:30p: 2 burger patties, cabbage with pesto, 4x fish oil
5:45p: 2 burger patties, coconut curry vegetables (coconut oil, coconut milk, tomato, carrots, cucumber, cauliflower)
8p to 10p: (@ wedding rehearsal party) beef brisket (only had salt and pepper on it), 2 glasses red wine, 1.5 beers, handful of M&Ms

BONUS:
Sleep: 7 hours
Water: 100oz+
Omega-3: fish oil pills (4), grass fed beef

-1 M&Ms, -1 alcohol

I had a staring contest with those M&Ms for like an hour - they were in the middle of the table.  I finally lost and ate a few.  They tasted good, but the sugary sweet coating they left in my mouth was gross.
