Weds 5/18/11

Workout
3 rep max deadlift
5@ 35k
3reps for the rest: 55k - 65k - 70k - 75k -80k - 85k

I almost didn't do the 85kg.  I did one deadlift, then put it down and said fuck that's too heavy.  Blair told me I didn't even try and that I hadn't failed, I had decided I would fail.  So I tried again and get the 3 deadlifts at 85kg and it was awesome.  Felt to good.  Andrew said it was beautiful.  And I felt strong. :)


Diet
8:15a: paleo quiche (broccoli, eggs, coconut milk, bacon), 5 strawberries, black coffee, 2x fish oil
1:00p: more of yesterday's salad - lettuce, pepperoncinis, grape tomatoes, salami, chicken, artichokes, black olive slices, no dressing, 2x fish oil
WOD
7:45p: pork loin, coconut curry vegetables (from Mark Sission cookbook)
10:00p: 2oz pomegranate juice

BONUS:
Sleep: 7.5 hours
Water: ~100oz
Omega-3: fish oil pills (4)
