FOOD
8:35a: black coffee, 1 scotch egg w/almond meal, 5 small strawberries, handful of blackberries, 2x fish oil
12:00p: grass-fed beef brisket, sliced radishes, few carrots, 2x fish oil
1:50p: 10 almonds
5:00p: carrots
7:30p: grilled leeks and ny steak (only at half, grass-fed from Painted Hills), 2 glasses red wine
9:30p: 1.5oz frozen grapefruit juice

BONUS:
Sleep: 8.25 hours
Water: 
Omega-3: fish oil pills (4), grass-fed beef


That steak was soooooo good.
