2 hardboiled eggs, 4 strawberries, orange, black coffee, 2x fish oil
chicken breast, whole small tomato, cauliflower puree w/parsley and lemon juice, 5 almonds, 2x fish oil
beef jerky
(@ a teriyaki restaurant) teriyaki chicken (no sauce), "salad" aka iceberg lettuce (no dressing), hot black tea
frozen berries (blue and rasp-)

BONUS: Sleep: 8 hours Water: 118oz + Omega-3: fish oil pills (4)
