Compare to 102610. My modification was basically the same as October (30kg).  I decided to not squat more cause 35kg was pretty heavy.  I was also having a hard time staying upright as I squatted.  I can correct and straighten on the way up (its the only way I can actually get up) but I can not stay straight at the bottom.  Its frustrating!


Diet
FOOD
8:35a: black coffee, 1 scotch egg w/almond meal, 4 strawberries, 2x fish oil
12:30p: 2 chicken drumsticks (these were not so good leftover), raw broccoli, 10 almonds, 2x fish oil
4:00p: 4 strawberries, carrots
WOD
6:45p: beef jerky, iced tea
7:15p: beef brisket, braised radish greens, onions, mushrooms
9:45p: 1.5oz frozen grapefruit juice (lakewood 100% juice)

BONUS:
Sleep: 8.5 hours
Water: 100oz
Omega-3: fish oil pills (4)
