More Slacking and WODs

I am getting back on the food tracking, being paleo, and working out properly in the new year - and that is NOT a resolution but a fact.

Friday 12/10/10
"CHELSEA"
every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
5 pullups (ring rows)
10 pushups
15 squats
if you fall-out before 15 minutes do work Cindy-style  to 15-minute marker

Made it 4 rounds before I didn't finish in 1 minute
in 15 minutes completed 9 rounds + 5pullups, 10 pushups, 7 squats


Monday 12/13
3 rounds for time:
10 overhead squats - 15kg (44kg Rx)
50 double unders - sub 50 20" step ups (tuck jumps was the alternate, still too much impact on my ankles)

Compare to 17May2010; In this case I rowed 50 calories instead of did step ups, but my time is cut in half.  That's pretty cool.

Thursday 12/16
run 2 miles on treadmill
(There were 17 people RSVP'ed for the 5:30 class.  I really didn't want to go to a class of 20+ people.  But running on the treadmill was terribly boring.)


Monday  12/20

5 rounds for time of:
  400m run
  30 box jumps, 20" (stepped)
  30 wall balls, 8#
????

Thursday 12/23/10
"21" @ home
for time:
20 pushups, 1 situp
19 pushups, 2 situps
18 pushups, 3 situps
(continue the pattern until)
1 pushup, 20 situps27:55
