This was terrible. I am still not really running because of my ankles, but I am going to ask my Dr. about it. All that rowing was miserable. I didn't eat a pre-WOD snack and just had no energy for this. I could not get a mountain at all. Bleh.
Diet
B- 2 hardboiled eggs, about 10 mini sweet peppers, coffee w/coconut milk, 2x fish oil
L- (@Applebee's) salad- grilled shrimp, avocado, bacon, black olives, hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, Bibb lettuce. Creamy avocado dressing on the side, but I dipped some about 10 bites into it. Iced tea
D- banana, pork chop, green beans, vitamins
S- frozen berries
