Tuesday 10/5/10

Workout
730 @FCF

“Mary”
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand push-ups - sub 10 sec handstand hold w/wall
10 pistols, alternating legs - using pullup cage as support
15 Pull-ups - sub ring rows
7 rounds and 1 set of handstand

That was much harder than I expected.  I was wanting to do Cindy, but this was too advanced for me!  I planned to used the purple band for pullups, but got 1 round done and knew that was going to slow me down a ton.  15 pullup sets is a lot more than 5!  I would have done it anyway if I was closer to Rx....but since I was subbing for everything else....

Diet
B- 2 hard boiled eggs, nectarine, cashews/almonds, coffee w.2% milk, 2x fish oil, vit D
L- Thundering Hooves sausage, onions & zucchini, apple, pumpkin seeds
D- (Happy Hour) grilled shrimp, truffle shoestring fries, pork skewers (some kind of sugary bbq sauce), spicy tuna roll, 1 bite of banana spring roll desert
post WOD - 1/2 banana
