Diet
B- 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 plums, 2x fish oil, coffee w/2% milk
L- 1 tomato, 6 mini sweet peppers, uncured ham coldcuts, peach, almonds/cashews, 2x fish oil, black tea
Snack - Coconut Lara Bar (I have been hungry the last 2 days a few hours after lunch. I guess that ham is not enough.)
D- Pork Loin chop, 1/2 raw cucumber
Snack - frozen berries
