50 thrusters 20kg (this part Rx, same for men and women)
30 pullups (used purple band)

Thrusters were hard. I got them out in mostly 5 rep sets, until the last 10. Pullups were hard. By the end I was falling to ground after each one. My hands and forearms were on fire. I may have been slow, but I feel good about my performance because I was so closed to Rx. The other 3 people in my heat all did jumping pull-ups and the 2 girls did 15kg thrusters. So I may have been slow, but I am going to make progress by challenging myself.
Diet
B - 2 scrambled eggs, banana, coffee w/2% milk
L- chicken souvlaki salad- chicken, lettuce, tomato, tzatziki sauce, vinegarette, 1 pita
D- pork loin, raw broccoli
Night out - 5 beers, shared (with 4) nachos (cheese sauce, jalapeños, chips), 4 pork gyoza, 1/2 Seattle street hot dog
