Sunday 10/17/10

Workout
Cindy (on my own)
AMRAP in 20 minutes
5 pullups using assisted pullup machine @70 lbs
10 pushups
15 squats
= 10 rounds exactly

Diet
B- 2 sunny side up eggs, black coffee
L- 2 Rancho Bravo tacos w/hot sauce (1 pork, 1 beef, 1 chicken)
D- (Pike Street Fish Fry) 4 fried oysters, fries
S- Elysian Pumpkin Beer Fest = approximately 4 beers
