Diet
B- 2 hard boiled eggs, pear, coffee with coconut milk
L- uncured ham, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, 5.5oz of Orange Juice
Snack - 3/4 of a paleo pack, 1 dried fruit bar

D- chicken drumstick, spaghetti squash, 1 packet Emergen-C
