Workout
I am still totally beat from yesterday's rowing and feel terrible.
Diet
B- 2 hardboiled eggs, big green apple, coffee w/coconut milk, 2x fish oil
L- hamburger patty, plum, about 6 mini sweet pepper, 10 almonds, iced tea
D- 2 beers, 2 pieces pizza w/salami and jalapenos (Celebrating my new job!)
