Workout


Diet
B- 2 scrambled eggs, ham, 1/4 of a tomato, black coffee
L- Dick's Burgers .5 Double (only top bun)
hour later- shrimp, king crab legs, little bit of seaweed salad, 1 beer
D- almond flour crusted chicken cooked in coconut oil, tomato soup (Paleo friendly)
S- small frozen custard vanilla from Old School
