B- 2 scrambled eggs, apple, black coffee
L- (training @ work) 1 corn tortilla taco, extra beef and chicken on the side, guacamole, salad, iced tea
D- hamburger w/ half the bun, sweet potato fries, 2 beers, 1 tequila drink (tequila, lime juice, club soda)
