Monday 10/3/10

5-5-5 Press

Failed on the 5th press on the last set.  Re-racked the bar down for a second and got the 5th Press out just fine. Brady coached me to do my breathing at the top of the press and to chain the presses together more.  That was much better.  I heard that before, but I guess we have been doing 1 reps and I forgot.

I really need to buy a jump rope and figure out how to do double unders!...Okay I ordered a fancy Rogue one!

Diet
B- 2 scrambled eggs, 2 plums, coffee w/2% milk, 2x fish oil
L- Bento Box at sushi restaurant- cucumber salad, soba soup w/1 tempura shrimp, 1 shrimp nigiri, 4 pieces crab roll, grilled chicken, 1 tempura pork meatball, salad (lettuce, tomato) w/creamy dressing, green tea
D- Thundering Hooves sausage, sauteed onion and zucchini w/olive oil
S- frozen blackberries
