I may have been able to squat 1 or 2 more kg, but it was getting heavy by the end.  I was struggling to get up and had to think about keeping my chest up to stand.

I was going to do 20kg thrusters, but I knew that I had done 20kg on the 75 thruster WOD last week and that it was going to make me really slow, so I went for 15kg.  My pullups are looking good on the band...got long sets until the last 8 or so, then I was only able to get them out in 2s.

Compare to 093010 - Down almost 2 minutes, but I wasn't in nearly as much pain as it sounds like I was then...maybe I should have done 20kg thrusters!

Diet
815a - 2 hardboiled eggs, apple, black coffee, 2x fish oil, vit D
1200p - salad-romaine, salami, chicken, vinaigrette, black olives; 1.5oz sunflower seeds, apple, iced tea, 2x fish oil, vit D
7:30p - ground pork burger, sauteed onions, half yam
1000p - frozen berries
