Workout

"SMOKING GUN"

7 rounds for time: 35kg = Rx
4 burpee-deadlifts
3 burpee-power cleans
2 burpee-squat cleans
1 burpee-squat clean + jerk

Chest must touch bar for the "burpee" portion of the lift to count. Hands must stay on the bar for the entire duration of each exercise.

18:05 with 21kg

I liked that one.  I wonder if I should have done more weight...Justin was totally spent after this and I wasn't.  Maybe its just a difference in our fitness levels?

Diet
2 scrambled eggs, pear, 8 almonds, black coffee, 2x fish oil, vit D
mushroom and sausage soup, pear, banana, iced tea
1.5oz sunflower seeds
1 bite of banana
Chicken almond stew! vitamins, 2x fish oil
