Workout
3 hour condo board meeting.  That must count for something?

Diet
2 scrambled eggs, apple, black coffee, 2x fish oil, vit D
stir-fried chicken and green beans with Sriracha
1.5oz sunflower seeds
mushroom and sausage soup
2 cups of tea
lamb chop, sauteed mushrooms
